    We needed to connect our computer to the router which was pretty far. Works well but gets in the way and people can trip over cable. Thus went with wireless usb adaptor and works great and costs less

    got this to use with an ASIS WIFI Router the $229 one and the cable does not fit tightly into the socket on the router giving it a bad connection I tried both brands Best Buy sells and had the same problem with both so blaming it on the router, but if you decide to buy it I would try to slot it into a router instore to make sure its a snug fit before I buy it.
