The package was easy to open and I only cursed a few times trying to remove the twist tie. I believe someone at the packaging company was distracted half way through twisting, then changed direction and kept twisting. I don’t know why it didn't become untwisted, but knotted. Well after a few choice words and a trusty wire snipper my cables were released. I connected the items together and the clips secured the connection as expected. Now I would have given 5 stars but the cables were 1 foot too long. I needed 13’ not 14. Now my OCD is tested every time I walk by. I wake up at 3:02 am in cold sweats because the excess cable slack. It makes me ponder our excesses as humankind. Then I realized, these are cables and they work just fine.
