    Wow, this cord solved the TV DVR Internet disconnection issue I had with my DirecTV cable programming. The DirecTV installation technician "failed" to provide the cord as they should have done so. Just hook it up to the back of the DVR box and Internet modem and big-bang-boom your DirecTV DVR box will be connected to the Internet and you can complete your DVR programming and utilize other features.
