This cable is better than WiFi connecting my living room computer to my network with WiFi it did not give me a smooth streaming. When I connected the NS-PNW5650 Cat-6 cable, streaming has never been smoother and no more buffering on my TV. Thanks Insignia for making my TV smarter. Duane

Even though my son's dorm has wi-fi he needed this to get much better internet connection. The wifi can be slow or spotty especially when everyone is on it at the same time. With the ether cable he gets faster, more consistent connections.
