    My house is wired with Cat-5 internet cable, the best that could be bought at the time of wiring property. I may chose to upgrade to Cat-6, someday.

    So I had been using an old cat5 cable, and I didn't know that cat6 could allow for more bandwidth (if you're paying for it), so this worked just as advertised! Great buy!
