    I measured and they shorted me about 6.78mm of cable but I can forgive them lol. Plugged it in, it worked. Don’t need much more than that.

    I had to get a Cat 6 cable because of the superior thru put rate of my hardware required it. Since I have like 25 Cat 5 cables at home I was a bit miffed to have to purchase a Cat 6. However, It actually smoothed out the signal and was an improvement over the Cat 5 I was using.

    This web cam has great picture and sound quality. Also came with a small tripod which is very handy. I am pleased with this camera and would recommend it.
