    I had to replace old CAT 5 cables, and was almost going to replace them with new ones, but decided on CAT 6 instead. Best choice I could have made! Much better throughput for my network!!

    Wanting to hardwire my laptop when it is docked I got this cable to connect from the dock to the 4-port switch. Works flawlessly

    Got this to hardwire a desktop to the router to get a better signal. The router is in another room so we needed the 50ft. Worked as expected!

    was suffering a loss of speed. modem directly to computer got speed of 260mbps, when through router was like 50, bought new ethernet, now same 260 speed through router. very happy

    Needed a cable to run from my satellite receiver to my router. For some reason I aways had to re connect wirelessly. Got aggravating after awhile

    A lot of the cheaper ethernet cables I've bought have had cheap tabs on them that break off, but this is fairly well constructed for its price.
