    after being told that 2 of these items were available and I could pick them up at another store, I receive an email stating that they are not available. Instead of Best Buy issuing a credit on my card. I have to cancel the order. ???? It only cancels ONE of the items, not both! ???? How stupid is that??? So I have to cancel the other one after I find this out by checking my card to make sure that Best Buy had indeed issued my credit. Because I really don't trust them at this point.
