I did not obtain the name of the person to whom I spoke, but he had a middle eastern voice and could not understand the English language. I called to ask a simple question of him: "Do you accept and repair old existing Bang and Oulfen turntables?" He replied: "give me name of computer or software. what software format are (you) using. You are wasting my time. Don't call again. Then he hung up on me.

Low end and poor quality
