Glad I bought it

It's hard to ring up a customer's order with a dead phone or tablet. It takes a while to fully charge the phone/tablet but it came in handy, especially with one of my show neighbors. She ran out of juice and was glad I was able to help her.

Loved it until it died one month in

However, after about a month, the charger completely broke. The blue indicator lights would just flash constantly, and I wasn't able to charge anything. That being said, my husband has had his insignia charger for about four months (one size up) and has had no problems, so it may have just been an issue with the one I had.

What a powerhouse!

Working in construction on heavy equipment, it is not possible to "plug in" and recharge one's cell phone. This equipment has enabled me to do this task multiple times while I was in the field. Great support device.
