A: I bought one several weeks ago. I measure it as 6" x 3.25" x 5/8".
A: I've ad mine for a while and love it. Ithasn't given out on me, either. Return policy is based on your membership. If you're either not a member or a core member, it's 15 days. 30 days if you're elite and 45 if you're elite plus.
Q: Can this charge lighting charging devices
A: yes it can charge lighting charges
Q: how can you see how much battery it has left ?
A: Press the battery indicator button to check your your battery pack’s battery level: 4 LEDs = 75-100% power 3 LEDs = 50-75% power 2 LEDs = 25-50% power 1 LED = 5-25% power Blinking LED = < 5% power Note: If none of the LEDs light, the battery needs to be recharged.
Q: How long will it hold its charge
A: I don't use my charger regularly. It has been sitting unused in my brief case for over a week and three of the four power indicators are lit and the fourth is flashing when I plugged it in to charge it. My guess is it lost less that a quarter of its charge while it was riding around in by brief case.
Q: Does it come with a charge and sync cord?
A: Yes. It's about 9 in long. One end is micro USB and the other is standard USB
