I love the size and weight compared to other ones.

I rec'd this portable charger and immediately plugged it in to fully charge it. The 3rd led light (which signifies the unit is charged between 50 to 75%) has been blinking now for 6 hrs. I find it hard to believe that it takes this long (so far) to fully charge this device to full power. Will have to take back for a refund. I don't think I would trust exchanging it for the same brand.

Would charge for 10 minutes or so and then cut out. you would have to unplug & Plug several times to charge a phone

This thing was awesome while it lasted. Could charge my phone numerous times. I got 3 full charges out of it and now it wont take a charge. The light will just blink for days and not take a charge again. Guess its to be expected when buying a store brand.

I purchased this unit to replace one that I purchased from Staples about 6 months earlier - mainly because of the 1 year warranty. Well This unit will not even charge my table or Iphone once before requiring that you charge the charger! Not a real useful tool - Stay away save your $$$ and buy another brand

I previously had a insignia 10400 that worked great for 2 years. Found this on sale so bought it. Lasted one week them died. Guess I was lucky on the first purchase. Not worth sending back on warranty due to shipping so just chalking it up as lesson learned.

This thing is awesome. I ran my phone all the way down to zero, and let it shut down. It charged my phone from zero to 100% in about an hour and a half. AND...it still has over 75% of charging capacity left. That is amazing to me because most power banks do not perform as advertised, as far as actual capacity is concerned. Fantastic product, don't hesitate to buy it. By the way, I have a Samsung Galaxy s6. The battery is rated at 2550 mAh.

have this item for about two weeks now, it works terribly. charging takes forever. end up i returned to get another brand.

This is an excellent portable battery. My kids run lots of power through their android devices, so I keep this handy while traveling. We top up devices during the day, and recharge this thing overnight. My only concern with this device -- the ONLY thing which keeps it from being perfect -- is that it will power off while being recharged. So I can't use it to top up a smaller device, and recharge itself at the same time. Not a huge deal, just a minor annoyance. It's still a fantastic charger and I recommend its purchase.

I haven't had this very long, but so far it works great. It is not large and heavy, provided more power than others I looked at in this range. It is very portable to carry in a pack. It seems to charge as fast or faster than the OEM chargers with my phone or kindle fire.

Works well and stays charged for a long time. Very nice you can charge multiple phones.

My wife and I purchased this battery pack to charge our phones while on the go. We're avid Pokémon Go players, and we have been limited in our play time. The battery pack is a bit large, but it's well worth the size. It charged my Droid Turbo and my wife's S6 while we were in the game. For the price, it's a great buy!

Nice, sturdy build quality with a premium feel. Fully charges in 3.5 hours on my spare Samsung Adaptive Fast Charging travel adapter, but much slower on a weaker charger or via a PC USB port. Fully charges my Galaxy S7 in 1.5 hours, and can can charge my phone 5 times before the battery pack needs its own recharging cycle. Most people may have issues with slower charging (non GS6 and up users) but 15,600 mAh is a LOT of space, so that should be expected if your wall charger doesn't output a lot of amperage. If I could have afforded it, I would have bought two.

Bought this item for our vacation and it was so worth the investment. We went to Disney World(Epcot and Animal Kingdom) and Universal Studios Orlando 3 days in a row open to close. This portable charger had enough juice to keep our 3 phones charged before needing to be recharged after day 3. The best part is you can charge 3 devices at the same time.Being that this charger is in clearance, I suggest you buy it before its sold out.

I went on a convention trip for 4 days. had this battery charged full. I have been using it constant charging my phone plus the other 4 phones for my friends. only take about 20-30 min charging an iPhone 6 plus from 21% up to 100%. The battery lasting throughout the 4 day convention and still have 50% (2 blue lights) left when I got home. great products with reasonable price.

I went looking for another external battery which was not there. I needed one badly so I can continue to play Pokemon Go. I pick this one up and didn't know what to expect. It stated to charge the battery before plunging up a device to it but I was far from home and wanted to continue my game. To my surprise it charged my phone to 100%. The indicator showed three lights out of the four when I plugged up my phone and still has the three lights after I unplugged my phone. So far so good.

It is a bit big but it charges my iPhone 6s Plus at least 4 times. Needs to be charged overnight. Will definitely save you countless times when you're on the go.

It's a little bulky and it takes forever to recharge the battery, but it works fine. It can charge a phone or tablet 4+ times and I have had no issues with it.
