The fan blowing then water swooshing. It’s like water rapids.

The driver marked the item as undeliverable and then shows up at my doorstep and refuses to leave. I called best buy so they can change the delivery status but they simply stated it was out of their hands and to contact roadie. I had zero help from roadie and i called Best Buy and request a refund and just order it off Amazon instead. I have nothing against the store itself but they need to cut ties with Roadie if they care about their customers. I was excited about the ice machine as it was a house warming gift for someone and because of this issue, the delivery was very delayed.
