I’m a chef and I only use this as a Freezer. It gets as cold as most commercial freezers I’ve ever used in commercial kitchens, going down to -20 which is better than it is rated. It has better lighting than a real commercial freezer too! I store expensive meats, poultry, and other products. I’m surprisingly pleased with the performance. I never use it as a Refrigerator, so I cannot comment on that.

Ample storage room. Easy to handle where you just plug in the power and it's good to go. Cools very quickly. Good for secondary storage purpose (like Garage).

I was a little nervous buying a non-traditional brand for a fridge but it is great! Keeps everything super cold, looks great (really upgrades the garage!)

The freezer works great. Can’t beat the price for a convertible freezer/fridge. The app needs improvement otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Easy to use, can be a fridge OR freezer. Works perfectly. I bought to use as a freezer and bought another to use as a fridge. Tons of space.

This can be used as freezer or a refrigerator. I currently have it operating as a refrigerator. It cools down to temperature quickly and maintains it. It has a digital control so that I can set the exact temperature for the refrigerator. Seems to be working well. I have only had it a few weeks so I cannot comment on durability or longevity.

I just love this new freezer, I had a chest freezer and liked it except the fact everything I needed was always at the bottom. The shelves are spaced nicely, only wish would a greater ability to adjust the shelves. I do not use the wifi feature, but as a freezer it works exactly as expected. Looks good too,

was looking for a all in one fridge but did not want to get ripped off. found this in bestbuys site, and it fit the bill. good size ,stainless steel color and it fit my opening, and can be a freezer if wanted. very satisfied. it also got shipped and installed for free! a win win !

We bought as a second refrigerator with the added plus of having it become a full freezer if we ever needed one. So far everything seems to be working fine. We don’t use the wi-if feature as we read online that there were too many problems with the frig. When people did. The door has a fairly tight seal and it takes a little more strength to open it. But we like that as it ensures a good seal.

Have only had it a short time but working perfect. Would be 5 stars if it were not for the finish quality. This is in my garage so I don't care but it would never be in my house. The stainless in kind of ugly around the top edge of door and around the digital display.

I use the stainless as a refrigerator and the white as a freezer and they are perfect! I did months of research and visiting stores to see different models in person. Very happy with this model!!

I was originally looking at major brand freezers and was recommended this Bestbuy branded unit by a sales associate. It a actually fits our needs better, so I bought two of them. One as a fridge and one as a freezer. So far they are working great.

I bought this unit to be used as a standup freezer. I love the layout, lots of space and everything is very organized. Love the glass shelves and drawers. I would’ve liked to have a little bit wider space on the door for smaller items though.

Looks great, fits great, works great! This freezer is huge with tons of door and drawer space to organize our food. So glad my wife wanted to get this to replace our very old chest freezer. This thing seals great too!

Bought July 2018 it is April 2019 so far working great both freeze and refrigerator modes. WIFI app works great and it is nice to know the temp. I will update again in another year.

Removing and cleaning the glass shelfs have been so easy and a time saver. And it notifications of the device open have been an energy saver

This fridge is amazing. I love the fact that you can use it as a fridge and freezer. I highly recommend this. Its great especially when you need more room.

This freezer is esthetically beautiful. Had a hard time finding one that would match what we had. Its also inexpensive to operate annually. Cant beat it, or the price

This freezer has even more features than expected. I love the light when I open the door, the lock feature is great and the suction on the door keeps the seal tight.

Freezer looks and works great. The door is somewhat hard to open especially by kids, which may be a good thing.
