My freezer in my refrigerator failed so I needed a freezer fast. Best Buy has this in stock and I went and picked it up about an hour after I ordered it. Seems to be a good product so far and I got good service.

The staff was excellent and very knowledgeable. Will come back again.

The upright freezer was the best purchase ever. I am able to double my meat, and vegetables storage with the easy access in the upright position without straining my back by bending forward.

One year and 9 days after purchase, this refrigerator turned into a freezer. The screen turned off and I am unable to change it back into refrigerator mode. I called customer service and they informed that I'd need to pay for service and that I'd need to bring it into the store to get it serviced. I live 3 minutes from a Best Buy, but they're unable to send anyone to my house. The fact that I'd pay for service on an appliance that died one year and 9 days after purchase is laughable. A refrigerator should last at minimum a decade. I would not recommend anyone buy an Insignia product given the support that I've received.

Had it for approximately 22 days, at which point the high temp light/warning went off. Didn't realize it until my wife went out to grab some meat for dinner. Lost about 1/8th of beef and some stew meats and what not. Called the manufacturer (as stated on the warranty) and spent about 20 minutes on the phone with them, who ended up forwarding me on to Best Buy. ( I had read the manual and done everything they requested I do). Best Buy tried tried to forward me to the manufacturer, seeing as it was beyond their return/ replace after 15 days, until I pointed it was the manufacturer that transferred me to them. Best Buy was good after that point. Gave me about a quarter of what I lost in compensation in meat and offered to send out a replacement freezer. ( 30 more minutes) When you have a family to feed and you lose the means to do so, there are better freezers out there with more than a 15 day warranty with quarter compensation. I applaud Best Buy for upholding their end, which I appreciate, but could have bought something similar for a little more money without the hassle.

So far a good freezer. Deducted one star due to noticing a small dent on the door. Not enough to return and replace

Was looking for freezer for garage to stock up during apocalypse. Easy to buy and they put in my garage. Been solid for a year now. Keeps food frozen so all good

Haven’t had the unit very long yet, but no issues to report yet. I’m happy with my purchase so far. I bought because of the fridge/freezer functionality and because I know someone else has this unit and has worked well for them.
