The seal for this door is incredible. I have to pull back on the door considerably to open the door. I can hear it remove the air inside when i close it. Makes me keep good that i know my food is being protected. So far i have enjoyed the freezer/fridge very much.

There should be a way to lock it in either mode, refrigerator or freezer so that people can't change it accidentally.

Shelves are a bit flimsy, but since we're not stuffing it full, so far it's fine. Keeps cold, doesn't quickly frost up badly. Being in the garage doesn't seem to be bothering it. Pleased so far...

Very Nice ! It Was Easy To Set Up- Level, Cool Down to Zero Degree, & Load. With the LED Light it is so Easy to Find Dinner. I Especially Like the Door Mounted Control Panel !

Purchased as a back up freezer when old chest freezer died. Vast imprivement over chest freezer, easier to keep items organized and the auick freeze option is great.

I am very happy with my new freezer. It alarms if the door isn’t shut which is nice with small children. It works great and looks great. We have hate it a month and a half and have no complaints.

Good freezer haven't has any issues with it the glass shelves are a little tricky as some things slide around other then that no real complaints. I do wish the door was reversible.

I love this freezer....holds a lot more than i thought ...PERFECT SERVICES.

Pros: The freezer worked perfectly for almost two years, it failed just shy of the two year warranty so we are getting a replacement. The pro is that it failed within the warranty period. Cons: Very poor, customer service. Spoke with Susie and Mike ( I very seriously doubt that was their real name, no other way to identify them in a complaint.) According to Best Buy Geek Squad, this is consider a small appliance; therefore, you must return it to the store to be repaired. With freezer full of food, will take over 3 weeks to get it replaced; however, I could see that inventory existed online. Was told that may not be accurate I would have to go to the store to confirm, doesn't make sense Best Buy's technology should be able to give you up to date information. Nearest Best Buy over 35 miles away. Would I buy this product again? "No!" Very poor customer service, too long of a wait time for replacement Buyer beware. Oh, paying extra for added protections as a Total Tech member didn't seem to help, will not renew that coverage.
