The delivery was a bit of a complication but it worked out. Then the drama started the next day, after the door reversal. The freezer started leaking. Best Buy made things right but taking it back, but when the Best Buy movers came they informed me that the seal for the freezer isn't tight enough after the door reversal. Strange how the delivery guy wouldn't pass this info to the people who sell the fridge. I did get a full refund, but I wasted time and money tipping delivery men twice. I just won't buy Insignia fridges again. It's not worth it if Best Buy don't care enough about their own brand.

Faulty freezer door

There is not a lot of space between the shelves and if you take one out, it would limit the amount of food you could store in the refrigerator.

Fair price for delivery and removal and the delivery people on time, polite, clean and made some finishing adjustmenrs. In general, i wish all my buying experiences were this good. STRONG THUMBS UP.

I didn’t notice when delivered.

The fridge also has awkward storage spacing inside. Not really good for a family, may be suitable for a single person just starting out.
