The first refrigerator was delivered with a large, deep "bullet" dent on the freezer door, front and center. The delivery people called Best Buy right there from my house. Best Buy spoke with my husband and said they would be calling with a new delivery date. 5 days passed and no phone call, so I called Best Buy. They said that the request had been entered, but no delivery was scheduled. We received a new refrigerator a few days later. This one leaks water out of the bottom. My husband pulled it away from the wall and saw that a plastic water reservoir, as he called it, was cracked and broken. I called Best Buy, repairman coming in 5 days.

Sleek and still spacious!! I absolutely love it!!!

We were lucky and strolled into a BB and this fridge had been returned with a scratch. Thus, we got an open-box item wit a barely visible scratch. We needed a second fridge w/ freezer for our garage. This is perfect. We don't need an ice machine or water system. This is straight keeping things cold. It works perfectly.

The only thing that I'm not happy with is the light. The LED is dim and bluish. It's also in the front center, taking up space. Otherwise ... Very happy with this.

This fridge is a very basic fridge. It is a 2nd fridge for us. It works fine. It is actually quieter then our much more expensive main fridge. Many parts of this fridge are kind of flimsy but we didn't pay much for this model.

We purchased this fridge as an open box item. There was very little damage, just a few scratches on the side. Doesn’t have any damage on front of fridge. It’s used in the basement as a second fridge so we didn’t care about the color or scratches. Works great and love that it has glass shelves!

Least inexpensive refrigerator I coild find with glass shelves. Works like champ, nice and cold and freezer is ice cold!!. Perfect size for a second fridge. Delivery was hassle free and on time with great communication all the way!!

Received this with parts inside that were cracked. I called best buy they forwarded me to the manufacture company who put me on "hold" for over an hour as no one ever answer. I could here them whisper/mumble so i just hung up since I never got a response. Called best buy again told my situation they told me they would send the part and about month later here I am with no part. Also a little deceiving only the front doors are stainless steel no biggie. Other than that works great.

We love this refrigerator. Most of all, we really love the service we received by 2 of your delivery men! They were exceptional!! That was the main difference between Best Buy and the others!

Looking for replacement for our garage fridge that died and wanted an auto defrosting one that did not have all the bells and whistles. This one fit the bill. Has spacious freezer and lots of room in fridge for drinks and large platter/bowls for the family get togethers. Would also work well for small apartment.

For the price you just can't complain. The door on the display, the 1st one we had, and the 2nd one we had didn't seem to close smoothly but that's nitpicking. Our first fridge was damaged. Best Buy was amazing and made the process of getting the problem fixed super smooth.

So far it seems to be a satisfactory product…. Serving its purpose , thus far.works well keep my food fresh and drinks cold. Have not purchased an ice maker for it yet.

It cools great but the only downfall is that the door shelves are not that strong. I placed water bottles and shelves cracked and broke.

Bought this for a business. Used to store employee’s lunches and such. There’s a constant buzzing noise but it does cool as needed. Sturdy build. We’ll see how it holds up.

This is a second refrigerator for me, that I put in the basement. I felt the 18 Cu Ft was good price compared to other items that I looked at. Most of the other had wire rack shelfs, not glass.

This has lots of room for food in both the refrigerator and freezer. The price was good and it’s more energy efficient than our old one. My only regret is that there is no light in the freezer but it’s not a big deal, just turn on the overhead light and it’s fine.

I love my new refrigerator inside and out, the shelves on the door are big and wide enough to put big containers and I like the glass shelves especially I can see what’s in the vegetable and fruit drawers. Overall satisfied!!!

Fridge works great! Spend the extra money to get the glass shelves, you will be glad you did. Was hoping for more freezer space, but it is a garage fridge so it does the trick.
