So I'd originally bought a Frigidaire refrigerator, open box, about $300. It was fine, for the most part -- just, a tad too loud. (If you look up Frigidaire fridges, 18.1 cu ft, you can probably find my review). Anyway, I went ahead and pulled the trigger on replacing that with this, as it looked aesthetically more appealing, had good reviews, and had glass shelving -- and am very glad I did. First thing's first; this is a great price for a fridge, even more so one that's so well-designed. Part of the reason I was thrilled enough to spend some extra money on this instead is that my local DWP (of Los Angeles) offers rebates for EnergyStar certified refrigerators; with this fridge, we got a $75 rebate via Paypal. It was super easy, too; I just emailed my digital receipt to an email address that I found on the website with the rebate info, and voila, one day later, they asked whether I'd prefer a Visa giftcard or Paypal deposit. I love the blue LED lighting and sleek inner shelving; even though the door ones are plastic, they work great, and none were damaged in my unit. It gets food much colder at middle-settings than the frigidaire did even at max-coldness. The aesthetic is great, I like the symmetrical design of the in-door handles and sleek boxy design. (The stainless steel model is really gorgeous, as well -- saw it in-store when I went to purchase the white model.) Best part is that this fridge is much, much quieter. There is still, naturally, a buzz or hum when the compressor is running, but it is much less noticeable than the Frigidaire, and also doesn't pump a bunch of extra noise into my bedroom through the wall (which was my issue with that fridge). The exchange process was extremely easy, too; the crew took out the old fridge and installed the new one, quick as can be. A very satisfying purchase.

Its a good refrigerator by best buy but needs more work on how it sounds. I stayed in average studio so just ignore it. You'll see when you try it twice.

The refrigerator is perfect for our family size and the space we have available. The clear shelves make it easy to find what you're looking for and avoiding "Oh, I forgot about that". It looks good and fits in with our decor.

Purchased this for my mom. She loves the fridge. Plug it in an it was instantly cold. The only thing was she would of like more shelves but other than that she’s very happy with the purchase. I’m actually thinking about getting myself one.

Good refrigerator. I used it as an extra refrigerator in my garage to keep water and some food in it. It keeps food well chilled, and I have not had any issues with it as of yet.

We use this in our garage - it works fine and is quiet. I deducted a star because the refrigerator door came completely dented on the first one; and the replacement one that I kept also arrived dented, just in a less noticeable place.

We had some problems due to switching the door swing to the other side....the freezer door didn't stay closed. When the guys came out to fix it, they didn't have the right part. We ended up having to get another one. Thankfully, it is fine!

You get what you pay for I got 2 well one was damaged ok they both were in the same spot bent on the bottom corner just kept the second one didn’t want to wait for a third.

Love my new refrigerator. It cooled down quickly and works grest. The controls are simple to set and the crispers have humidity control. The glass shelves will be easy to clean and the stainless door is beautiful.

The fridge works great. It's simple, but if you're not looking for frills in fridge or are on a budget like we were, it's a great option. It has everything you need, but I do wish there was a cheese/meat drawer to help better organize.

So far I like it. The freezer does not get very cold. I had to turn the settings up to the coldest. My ice cream was very soft as well as ice cream bars. We will see if this helps.

Is working well. Only problem it was supposed to open the opposite way. It showed it on the invoice because I told Best Buy and invoice reflected that. But once it was delivered the delivery crew took 45 minutes to figure out how to reverse the hinges. They finally got it right I think.

I got this one, because my old one engine was gone, and I needed a new refrigerator quickly. So for the price it was great, the only thing that it didn’t have, that I wish it did and that was an ice maker.

I am enjoying my new refrigerator. It seems to have a little less room than my old one, especially the freezer. And I would have liked another shelf in the refrig...or at least another slot to adjust shelves. Otherwise very attractive.

The refrigerator makes rare sound. It is at my rental and no body there yet. It scared me one night I worked late at the property and it sounded like some man screaming at far distance. After I looked around and I found the rare sound was from at back of the freezer. It is not tolerable. This problem makes me will not buy any thing from the Best Buy any more. Unless you can have some one fix this problem.

Good size fridge, can store a lot. The one bad thing is there is no beep or alarm if the door is left open. The door doesn't seem to have a strong seal.

Love this product but the sides get pretty warm when running. Never had that before with a fridge. other than that is is fabulous. Has good spacing and temperature is perfect.

Great refrigerator. I bought it originally as a second fridge but its so efficient, gets things cold so quick its becoming my main one. Its also so sleep and aesthetically pleasing. Very pleased with this purchase!

It has only been a month, but refrigerator is still cold, freezer is still frozen, and beers are happy. Check back in 3-5 years and determine if this is still true.

Generally a good product. The light that came with it is rather dim and the temperature needs to be adjusted after initial use. But otherwise very fine
