I am enjoying my new refrigerator. It seems to have a little less room than my old one, especially the freezer. And I would have liked another shelf in the refrig...or at least another slot to adjust shelves. Otherwise very attractive.

I love how fast this affordable and beautiful refrigerator was delivered. It didn’t take more than 3 days and this summer’s heat demanded a quick delivery. Thank you!

Originally we wanted a different fridge and some of the reviews on Insignia products were a little sketchy. However, this fridge has served us very well and I really don't have any complaints.

I love this refrigerator, it does the job and it looks great in my kitchen. I had Best Buy deliver and install it, and I was annoyed because it had a minor dent on the freezer door when they delivered it.

Average Rating because the fridge I received wasn't even close to being balanced. One corner didn't have support whatsoever. Getting a replacement but that seems to be just as hard as getting one delivered. I also asked a bestbuy worker if the door is interchangeable (which it is) and told me to ask the delivery people to swap it when they're here, but delivery people said they don't do it. We were looking for an inexpensive refrigerator that didn't look cheap. This model fit the bill. The handle-free design was a big plus since it opens against a wall. The only drawback is that there is no drawer for deli meats and cheeses.

For a scratch and dent item, this was well worth the money. It is easy to see all the items in the refrigerator and the adjustable levers that were missing were delivered the next day.

We purchased this for an apartment and it is perfect. We had it delivered and installed. Being able to change the door opening direction was very beneficial.

It was delivered with a dent On the side. The top door is tight to open and close. It is acceptable.

The plastic shelves are easily broken. It was the only size in its quality that would fit in my kitchen. It works and the ice maker is a nice addition.

Refrigerator is a second fridge its located in basement but is has more space than our current refrigerator thats in our kitchen. Great price the delivery men were very helpful and patient.

Works great. The refrigerator door opens on the right and changing the door is not recommended by the technician as it does not seal when changed.

It is a nice fridge and gets the job done that we need it to, but this past winter had troubles with it not keeping the freezer cold enough. It would thaw out food in the freezer and if we turned up the settings to a colder setting it would freeze stuff in the freezer and also in the fridge. No one in customer service was helpful in figuring out the issue and they even had a local appliance company come out and take a look at; they couldn’t find that there was any problem with, but not a happy purchase.

We were due for new refrigerator my issue was that i couldn't fit any refrigerator in my kitchen space so i finally decided to buy this fine refrigerator

Refrigerator seems very good except we had issues with the ice maker for this model. It would not work because of the clip. We had to get another refrigerator and are now waiting to see if it makes ice!!

They called the day before and kept in touch with me on the day of delivery. They had to work hard to remove the old refrigerator and squeeze the new one in.

im very happy with my purchase. pick up from warehouse could have been easier but over all would buy again. was happy it was in stock same day for pick up unlike every where else being out of stock.

Great fridge looks good and works great, after a few minutes of been plug it started getting nice and cold!

I purchased the fridge for my mom, and she is very pleased. It is well constructed. It keeps food cold and attractive in her kitchen.
