good works clean the doors are on the wrong side to open but i will have to call best buy to send one out to switch the sides

Ordered this refrigerator. It was delivered fast , and the gentlemen that installed it was friendly and safe. They hand on mask and took care of all the things my wife asked.

I love my new Refrigerator!!! I own a home bakery and oh boy this refrigerator helps me out a lot !! It’s so big I can put 9 cakes in at at time !!! Love it !

I was just looking for a fridge to replace a aging 80's model. Price was an issue for me as was space. It's a non bells/whistles model, which is fine for me. I just need my food kept cold :)

I bought this fridge in May 2022. In Aug/Sept 2023, I had to have it worked on, due to both the fridge and freezer not staying cold. The freezer was around 30F and the fridge around 55F. The freezer would take 2-3 days to freeze anything unless already frozen. Geek Squad came out to diagnose the fridge about a month later (earliest we could get in). The fan in the freezer wasn't working, and was ordered. It took another 2-4 for the part to come in and for the tech to come back and fix it. Each time the tech came out, it was $120. Fast forward to now, August 2024 and the same thing is happening. I called Geek Squad and the fan doesnt have any kind of warranty on it whatsoever. The earliest someone can come out is in September. I've now spoken to three people with Best Buy, including a case manager and got nowhere. I will have to pay another $240 for the tech to come out, plus the part. I was told that there isnt anything that can be done until the same part has been replaced 3 times, and then eeplace the unit at no additional cost. But why would I pay $800+ to repair a ~$430 fridge??? They won't discount the service fees or anything, because I didnt buy the extended warranty, which I was told I couldn't buy because the fridge was a display unit. Definitely the last time I buy an appliance from Best Buy. Their customer service is a joke.

One month old. Still doing the job. Not a lot of bells and whistles on it so not much can go wrong.

This unit is energy star rated while other well-known brands in this size and price range were not! Ice maker is easily installed by owner and costs around $60 instead of the well-known brands at $100. Great Value!

Pleasantly surprised. So far no issues, purchased for a garage refrigerator and decided to try Bedt Buy brand. Saved about $100 off the next lowest price.

Got really cold really fast. which is a big plus! works very well was informed the plastic bins can break so far so good trying to be cautious about it. the depth is surprisingly strong. very happy with purchase.

It is working fine. its color fits better with our kitchen decor. It is a good replacement for our old refrigerator.

The order and delivery experience was great, product is exactly what we wanted, but delivery company scratched the heck out of my 2 month old wooden floor and trying to get it fixed has been a horrible experience. It's still not fixed and they keep giving us the runaround. I know this review is to be for product - that would be a 5! Delivery guys were great, but accidentally scratched rhe floor and still not fixed (bad marks) - so that's a 1!

I love this fridge its not complicated no crazy technology to go bad on it ..it serves its purpose..if u want a no frills fridge get this one u won't be disappointed

Door bins are a bit fragile. Had a hard time getting the fridge below 40 degrees. Had to turn it to the 4 out of 5 setting.

I love the look of this refrigerator with the sleek front and door handle built in to the top of the door. So far it works great. Another nice feature is the glass shelves instead of wire racks.

Great little fridge. Even though it is smaller than what I am used to, the shelves are well thought out, and a place for everything.

I love this refrigerator and the delivery service was great. The Geeksquad team delivered perfect service a 10 out of 10. Keep doing what you do, you guys deserve a raise.
