All but one of the plastic shelves were cracked or broken. Requested replacements but only received one shelf. Chances of getting the others seem slim at this time. Fortunately this is a garage fridge, so we can get along without them. Too bad, BestBuy delivery is usually good.

It's been that way since day 1. I have it set to max. I put little in there now because of this. Fridge part seems to work fine.

That is six days past the point that I can return it. Because I do not want it if this is how insignia products work. When I first got the refrigerator it is very loud and makes popping noises. But I thought that I could live with. But now it does not cool or freeze. I have scheduled repair because that is my only option. I am hoping at least they can get it working. I will never buy an insignia product again.
