The only downside is that the produce arrive to our house damaged due to manufacture mishandling (stated from delivery driver). I was very disappointed, but the functionality was not harmed in any way so far. Would recommend, but be careful.

Insignia Sells A loud Cat Whining Refrigerator

It is annoying and very embarrassing when you have visitors. I am so disgusted that I paid my hard earned money and I now have the sound of a pet in my home constantly crying. I am at a lost as to what to do for I know that this Insignia company knows what they are selling. I gave the ease of use a low mark because I do not enjoy using this refrigerator. Some times the sound scares me then I remember what it is that I am hearing. Do not purchase this refrigerator. You will most definitely regret the purchase.

Chemical smell

From what I have read, there is a leak of some sort and it needs to be repaired. Just out of warranty…
