    we had to turn the freezer temperature up almost to max to freeze things and it came with two dents in the front but we are using it in the garage as a second fridge so we don't want the hassle of returning it. hope the freezer keeps working though

    Online description includes the words, Garage Ready. Now I find out that's not true in the northeast and the freezer has no thermostat. Therefore, it doesn't kick on during cold weather and all my frozen foods have to be discarded. When I called for service, I was told everyone in the industry knows a top freezer in a garage here only works 8 months of the year. What an expensive mistake I made needlessly, believing the Best Buy description. The "repair" Geek squad would not be held liable for moving it inside my house, only a few feet away. What am I supposed to do?
