After researching for hundred of hours on the perfect fridge for my apartment this Insignia was the way to go. Surprising bigger than what I had expected and has a lot of space in both the freezer and refrigerator to store your food. Word of advice, don't set the temperature too low. This thing gets cold very quickly. Had a few carbonated sodas explode due to the cold temp. Other than that, overall great product.

It is quite a bit noisier than my last product. To receive an acceptable cooling temperature, I have to set it on the highest level. Love the way it looks but would not have purchased it if I had gotten to use it beforehand. I am surprised that Best Buy would put their name on this product.

Unfortunately the delivery guys were not allowed to come in my house to set it up due to the virus. After reading all the reviews I am beginning to think my product is damaged or something because it makes these random noises. I can really tell at night, sometimes I hear like a water drip noise and a defrosting noise.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this fridge to replace a "beverage fridge" that died, and as a "beverage fridge" it does it's just. Beverages are cold and give us some extra freezer space. It also looks a lot like the fridge it's replacing which was from another of the big names, which is to say it looks good. There are some things about it that take some stars off the rating. For one, the freezer seems to sag a bit and kind of catches a bit on the fridge door. Took both doors off, all the hardware as well and put it all back on and made sure it was tight, same issue. Don't use the freezer much so not a big deal. The other thing that's much more bothersome is the noise it makes. Not the regular fridge noise when the compressor kicks in every so often, but something else. The best way I can describe it is a low, deep, angry cat's moan. Does it a handful of times a few minutes apart then nothing for a hour or two. It's just loud enough to hear over the TV and be moderately annoying. If it wasn't a secondary fridge in a room that's not frequently used it would probably have been returned/exchanged, to be honest.
