I was never compensated for the three days off work or for the inconvenience of losing food or the effort of transferring food in and out 3 times. They offered me 60 dollar gift card which covers the delivery fee, except I have to use it at their store and still have not received that as of yet. Be sure not to buy online!

It started making noses within a year, and leaks chemical within a 16 months. just out of warranty. No one wants to come to repair Insignia products, because it's difficult to work with. Working with Best Buy appliance support is a nightmare, prepare to spend hours on chat not helpful, then call customer support wait on line for an hour get hang up. Then they want to charge you $90 to look at it. then $500+ to fix a $600 product?

We called customer service and they wouldn’t give us a new one, instead they wanted us to PAY them to fix it. The front piece is even coming off now (part of the fridge door). So disappointed.
