I was never compensated for the three days off work or for the inconvenience of losing food or the effort of transferring food in and out 3 times. They offered me 60 dollar gift card which covers the delivery fee, except I have to use it at their store and still have not received that as of yet. Be sure not to buy online!

Well the fridge thinks it's a freezer!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a second refrigerator for my house, it hasn't worked correct Yet!I read the instructions ,I've adjusted the temperature controls but all it seems to want to do is freeze everything. All the milk, vegetables, fruit and fresh meat are frozen solid , soda cans exploded inside and broke the plastic door trays. I bought the extended warranty and am waiting for Geek Squad to come to repair it. This unit is only 40 days old,let's hope Geek Squad can fix it but as of right now this is useless.

Plus they did nothing with the waterline which needed to be taken out.

Taking it out of the box we dent it twice by just pushing it into places.

We called customer service and they wouldn’t give us a new one, instead they wanted us to PAY them to fix it. The front piece is even coming off now (part of the fridge door). So disappointed.
