Refrigerator isn’t cold enough

Bought a refrigerator thermometer. It is showing temperature at or over 40 degrees and only occasionally drops below 40. This is after setting the refrigerator at the coldest setting. Not much I can do. Will be replacing this refrigerator. Have only had for about 18 months.

Purchased Nov 2019, died June 2021. 12 month warranty, Best Buy states nothing they can do, should have purchased extended warranty. For a refrigerator, horrible! Horrible customer service as well, offered Total Tech Support as a way to help re-purchase a new refrigerator. Don't purchase Insignia, Best Buy does not stand by their products. One should not need extended warranty for a refrigerator or a TV (Insignia 55in lasted 4 years as well). I'll buy from Costco, they stand by the products they sell!

There seems to be no problem with temperature control or anything else for that matter. We have had the appliance for less than a month, but, so far, so good!
