We have this frig 2 1/2 yrs. It has been working well. The only thing not satisfied with is the plastic shelves which are made of very thin material and already 3 broke and we need to pay for replacement. We bought the frig cause it was affordable, but now need to pay extra for parts/shelves. I hope they will built the shelves a little stronger for other friges.

Nice little stainless fridge. A tad noisy but not too bad... great for a garage/basement fridge!

I don’t know why this refrigerator has so many good reviews. For this price range I could of gotten something much better. The fridge is ok, if that. It bothers me so much that you have to fully close the fridge all the way for it to shut. You can’t just give it a push like every other fridge. It’s so annoying, every single time you try to shut it it doesn’t close without you fully having to close the door. It also makes crazy noises. The sound is not quiet at all. One time I thought I was hearing someone scream and it was actually the fridge. This is all the time. I wish I listened to the bad reviews. Not happy with this purchase.

My parents bought it. Then I was in need of one. Shopped around for others in the same size. Did not see any for the price, size and value.

This refrigerator howls and moans - it sounds like a haunted house. This may not be a problem on all examples of this model, but online reports and confirmation by Best Buy's service tech indicate that it's common. The tech reported that most customers describe "cow sounds". According to the BB tech, their policy is not to repair. If you don't like the sound of this refrigerator, don't make the mistake I did and fail to return it before the time for doing so expires. On the positive side, I like the refrigerator otherwise. I went from a 25 cu ft GE side by side and enjoy the extra room in my small/medium kitchen. I also like the features (especially at the low price) like glass shelves, LED lighting and flush handles.

The fridge and freezer are both super cold. The unit is quiet and I love the design. So far, love my purchase.

I am satisfied so far. The unit is very quiet, unlike the reviews I read before buying, which said it was noisy. The interior light could be brighter, but it is adequate. There is no interior light in the freezer section, which should be improved. It would help if there were a higher storage compartment for meat and cheese, as the bottom compartments are hard to access.

I bought this last year and it's worked well. I don't have any major complaints. It keeps my food cold and it hasn't broken. A minor complaint I do have is that the freezer gets so cold I have freezer burn on my meat if I keep longer than a few days and my cauliflower rice develops packets of ice on it. My freezer setting has been at the number 2 setting (right below the recommendation) not sure if I've misunderstood how it works. Would a higher setting make it more cold or more warm? It only says min to Max so I guess it could go either way. The fridge gets the job done though. I haven't experienced any temperature variances within the fridge part. It seems to keep a steady temp throughout. I keep my milk on the door and have never had any issues. My fridge is usually pretty packed too. Oh there's no light in freezer that's not a problem for me, but it might be for others.

Got this for an extra fridge for the basement (mostly for beer). So far great value for the price and keeps the beer quite cold. My only complaint is there aren't a lot of adjustment options for the shelving, for bigger bottles that should sand up, it is about an inch short so they can only go in the door . . . but minor issue

Love having my stainless steel refrigerator! It brightens my kitchen & easy to clean! Also has an automatic ice maker which I love too!

I needed a simple fridge with a fair amount of space. This fit the bull nicely, at a great price!

This is my 2nd Insignia refrigerator. I bought the last one in February 2021. So far I have no problems. I am very pleased with the purchase. The refrigerator is roomy and works well. It is stainless steel and it was a good investment for the price. Loved it so much I purchased a second for my basement apartment. Customer service at bestbuy was good also delivery was on time.

Good fridge. Size is plenty big for garage or basement. Plenty of room inside though.

Ordered Fridge and ice maker, did not install ice maker. Had to make another appointment, then I was charged, which I was told I wouldn’t be. Also, it was installed with a broken shelf on door. Didn’t realize it until I put groceries on it and it fell off when I opened the door. Which now the shelf is cracked and unusable.

Good refrigerator for the price. Basic, no water or ice maker in door, but perfect as a second refrigerator.

So far so good! We’ve had the refrigerator for over a month now and it’s very spacious for the being the size it is. We always buy tons of food and drinks and everything always to find its way to fit perfectly! Very clean looking inside and out. A few scuffs from when it was delivered but not due to the functionality and looks of the fridge; most likely, the handling of the delivery crew or from the location it came from. Barely noticeable but heck, I noticed them. Other than that, great purchase!
