    After a few hours, found water on floor, no drip pan under fridge at all; found freezer frosted at fan. Not at all happy with this product. However, company gave me no problem returning

    One of the plastic shelves received broken! We ordered the silver one, but we received the white one!!

    Spent a total of 8 hours on the phone for support regarding my purchase, finally got an exchange and then Best Buy cancelled my 3 year support plan.

    I've had this for about a month now. No real complaints except the door sounds and feels like it's scraping. Geek Squad is coming out to take a look at it.

    This refrigerator was never deliver and I spoke with the sales man in the Doral store and he confirmed this

    bought 5 and one has gone out already a year and a half after purchase and right after expiration of manufacturer warranty

    The refrigerator does not cool adequately. Delivery people damaged new oven and failed to repair, despite agreeing to. Very disappointed!
