    The frozen food in freezer thaws out and freezes on fridge this is our 2nd one .

    Fridge was delivered and they refused to hookup new water line.. ice maker did not work... everyone kept passing the buck after several calls and a couple of days told them to pickup the fridge.. I went elsewhere to buy a new fridge and will never shop Best Buy ever again .. I have never been treated so poorly.. no one ever called back like they said they would..

    I purchased my refrigerator 13 days ago. I have had 2 delivery attempts, both of which they were damaged & had to be taken back. There is no communication from Best Buy. I had to wait on hold to find out when I will get my next one. The 13th is my new delivery date. Hopefully it won't be damaged. I only put one stAR rating because I had to.
