This item meets my expectations, first fits well on what our budget and the efficiency of cooling effect. Roomy and quite, without any issues after we bought in 2 weeks. Why I bought this, because it is made in China. We had two GE (made in USA) in the past and they all had sad issues.

Works like a refrigerator is suppose to. I got this model because it fits in the fridge space great and is within our budget. I don’t need one of the $3,000.00 models just to keep my food cold.

Just got our fridge delivered. Followed the directions in the manual to switch how the doors open, got everything off, got to the bottom hinge took off the two screws like the directions state only to find out the hinge won't budge as there is a screw UNDER the fridge holding said hinge on. Called BestBuy and they want to charge $50 to come out and take that stupid screw off. I refuse to pay $50 for something I should be able to do myself, Did you put the screw on the bottom of the fridge to keep us from being able to do this at home so you could charge us???

On year 4 and it’s been great, keeps plugging away. Easy to clean. What more could you want.

I am so deeply disappointed in this fridge. It should be great - it has ample room inside despite its small size, the shelving feels high quality, and there is adjustability in the door shelves. The design is also simple and sleek. And I would say that it runs nearly silent...except for a HORRIBLE, disturbing sound that makes me think an injured cow is trapped inside. This is my 2nd attempt with this fridge (the first one not only made this same sound, but was also crushed on the bottom at the warehouse, so they sent another to replace it). When I contacted a customer service rep at Insignia, they asked me to send them a video of it making the sound, to which they responded that I should just return the fridge altogether and try a totally different fridge instead! So I'm calling to return it tomorrow and will go back to the drawing board to find a new fridge. When the brand tells you to give up on the fridge, you should probably listen! Sigh. I expected a lot more from Best Buy's house brand.

Cools great and looks great . I’ve had this fridge for over 2 months now and still making weird cow noises ... not sure if this will stop ..

Awesome garage fridge for holding beverages and overflow meat from our kitchen fridge. Stays cold even during the hot summers in our uninsulated garage. Love this purchase.

Works nicely. The freezer door sounds like it grinds against the top of the fridge door but other than that it's great.

This product is well assembled and a great deal for the price given the outsourcing of its parts Best Buy made a good choice w this and definitely a top 10 fridge on the market

We bought this refrigerator about 2 years ago to put in our garage for secondary. It has worked wonderfully and we are so happy with it. The shelves are great for extra storage.

Good fridge, little too expensive especially that I was after an open box from the beginning, one week after I bought this fridge “after Christmas and new year’s ”Best Buy flooded with box fridges, so there was better and bigger fridge for less expensive. I wanted to return my fridge and get another one but I felt that wasn’t right and it’s too much hassle

It is roomy, it holds lot of food. Also freezes well.

I've had this fridge about a month now and I'm very happy with it. The finish is super smudge resistant, it runs quietly and for a small fridge it has really good in door storage. The LED lighting is something you dont really see in comparable units either and I like the way the interior is illuminated. All in all its a great fridge at a great price.

Had it for 4 years, no freezing wall issue that damage fresh veggie. No issue at all. Very pleased.

Basic refrigerator/freezer. Stainless steel looks nice on the front. No complaints.
