I would suggest maybe a brand other than this piece of junk that is better quality, whats worse i just finished shopping and stocked the piece of junk with food and other items that will probably go bad. Avoid this unit can't say it enough my owner manual isn't even in english

I called and they said they would do an exchange/return. At 10pm that night, I noticed all my meat was defrosted and the unit was not cooling. This morning, still the same. Best Buy offered to give me a 60$ gift card and replace the unit today. I will be calling back and telling them to just come get it. This has been time-consuming and frustrating, to say the least. Highly disappointed.

I have trauma from the experience - it took 3 months, 6 failed deliveries, hours spent on hold, and an employee named Jennifer that was the epitome of this crime scene of an order. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company and I will never be shopping here again.

We bought it because our usual fries died and we had to wait 3 weeks to get the compressor replaced (in summer). Two very deep shelves mean you have to break your back every time. Going in our basement.
