I bought this fridge as a secondary unit for my basement. The price was great I was pleasantly to see that despite its relatively small footprint it can hold a lot of groceries. In addition the fridge is not loud. I highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and inexpensive fridge.

Looks good, perfectly fits and great amount of room inside

We got this as a basic refrigerator for a factory floor. It meets that readily. No frills, but we did not want to pay for any. We like the solid shelving (we did not get the cheaper one for that reason). Size and operation all nominal.

I love my new fridge! Has so much storage and cold evenly.

Refrigerator has good glass shelves and opens and closes cleanly. We ordered an extra 1/2-door shelf and appreciate that it came right away. We hadn't checked for size, and the gallon of milk was just a teeny bit too tall to fit on the lower shelf without raising it too high. I think it could fit in the door though. Also, the cheese containers and bags of coffee that fit snugly in our prior freezer door shelves didn't fit, so we had to position the coffee sideways, which took up more room. Also, the addition of the (excellent) ice-maker shrank the freezer space considerably..

I purchased this refrigerator for overflow drinks and food. It was placed in my garage. It has worked out perfectly for my needs. There is ample space to handle a party. It cools quickly.

So far I’ve had this fridge for about a month and so far so good. It has great lighting it looks so nice. The freezer does not automatically close when gently pushed you have to have some force but it’s no big deal. I did purchase the geek squad warranty should there be any issues in the future.

My daughter just bought her first place and I needed a budget friendly fridge. This one is rated well and works great. The finish is nice as well. I do wish it was on wheels making it easier to slide out to clean under it. My daughter is very happy with it.

If you're looking for durability, quality and dependability in a refrigerator unit, this is one to look at. Very spacious and maintains very good temperatures per the settings. We purchase a number of these annually and no problems reported at all.

Great refrigerator for the money. Just what I wanted for a second one. Good size. Quiet. Keeps everything at nice cold temperatures. Nice recessed area to open instead of a handle. Nice glass shelves. Delivery and set up service was excellent.

We bought this as a second fridge for the pantry to replace an older fridge; we specifically did not want an ice maker, water in the door etc. The shelves and door storage are very flexible. Fridge section is well-lit. There's no lighting in the freezer. At this price point it's an excellent choice.

My frig stopped working. Went to Best Buy to buy a stainless steel frig with the fastest delivery option. The purchase process took about 15 minutes. And it was delivered and installed 3 days later. Done and done...

This refrigerator is perfect for my husband and I. It has enough space to store food for the both of us. Definitely not meant for a big family. This is our first refrigerator for our first home. We were on a budget so the price and looks of this one did it for us!

This refrigerator was purchased for use in our garage and it is doing its job as advertised. It is much more attractive than we needed in the garage, but it was the best price for an 18 cubic feet unit that we could locate. It gets very cold (as expected) and runs so quiet I think it is not running at all.

The Insignia fridge was suitable for my needs, but when delivered the Geek squad folks could not level it. A visit from the repair folks at Best Buy indicated that somewhere in the shipping process a rear wheel had been rammed up into the refrigerator rendering it un-levelable. Best Buy allowed me to keep the fridge while a replacement was on order. The new fridge (a Samsung) came about a week later and so far has been working well. The Best Buy folks handled the situation promptly and to my satisfaction. The problem of the busted wheel caused me to look for a brand other than Insignia.

Loved my refrigerator. Works great and keep food cold or frozen

I bough my Insignia, because of the price. After owning for close to two months, it was an excellent buy. During this time, the area experienced an hurricane, and we lost power for over fourteen hours. I was worried, because the freezer was full. No problem!

Used this refrigerator for about a month while our other refrigerator was on back order (Best Buy made a mistake in ordering but made it right by letting us use this refrigerator while we waited). This refrigerator worked great and is a good refrigerator considering the price.

Very happy with our purchase. Our old refrigerator stopped working right before we were selling the house. I wanted something to replace it. This has a good size freezer and refrigerator section.

I am beyond pleased with my recent purchase. After research I found best buy to offer the best prices, hands down, on refrigerators. The delivery and installation were done in a timely manner and in was pleasantly impressed by the value of my purchase.
