Nice basic refrigerator. The only issue I have with it is that it makes very weird sounds, ghost like sounds! Besides that it does the job well.

My wife and I were looking into refrigerators and after some "window shopping," this was it. It's quiet, it runs pretty well so far and it's a perfect size for us. The black and stainless steel look and the handle-less design are perfect for our home as well.

It was great delivery etc but we are missing a piece and it makes the door stick. We have called twice and open a ticket with who they told us too but we have not heard anything back.

I am in a small rental home and needed to replace the very old fridge that some past tenent left. Since I really didn't need a huge refridgerator I thought I'd try this one at about 18 cubic feet. It fits the house and and my scaled down needs perfectly.

Great size for our cabin kitchen. Looks great and works well, quiet and perfect size. Delivery came as scheduled and excellent customer service and hauled away the old fridge for small fee.

I received a damaged product , which I didn't have a problem with . Being dented didnt affect the way it cooled , but when I called customer service to get a price adjustment as the delivery driver instructioned mw to I was told the only thing they could was give me a 50.00 gift card . I declined they will be bringing me another refrigerator on Monday with a good chance of it also being dented again as I was told by the driver that about half of everything they deliver is damaged.

Does a fine job for a sturdy little apartment refrigerator. Always gives me the cold shoulder which is a good thing.

When receiving this refrigerator I was surprised on how well it was packaged and wrapped with protective film. No scratches or dents. Received quickly and has helped clear space in our main refrigerator. It’s great , I’d recommend it to anyone.

Perfect little garge fridge. The freezer holds plenty of kids stuff, and the fridge holds plenty of adult beverages. Leaving enougg room to store extra house items.

So far so good. Like the design. Good lighting. The one door has a little drag, think it may be missing a part or was put together wrong

We really like our Insignia Top Freezer Fridge. Love that there are no handles, movable shelfs. Fits a lot in our condo. Also like as it has no ice maker which we don't have the connection for, gives us the extra space in the freezer.

Good price they did a good job delivering it. There were some problems with the delivery date but we finally got it

I purchased this 18CF refrigerator/freezer to replace one with the same capacity. Interestingly, it seems to hold more than the old one. It is well designed and I’m very happy with my purchase.

We ordered this refrigerator to replace one in our basement (used for cold drinks, bulky food storage, extra storage for holiday meal prep, etc.) and are very pleased with the purchase. The unit arrived on the date we requested it, following two calls to confirm delivery details, early in the morning, as we requested, and was carefully installed by pleasant, experienced delivery people. They also carted the old one away for a small fee paid at the time we placed our order. It is very quiet and keeps things at the temperatures we need, just as advertised. This unit would be fine as your main refrigerator as well - plenty of space, quiet operation, and well-priced.

Awesome for the price no issues at all whatsoever to this date. Keeps my food nice and cold at factory settings and keeps frozen food nice and frozen as its supposed to. Stainless steel looks very nice as well!

We bought this fridge to put in our basement as a second fridge. So far so good. The condenser sounds a little different than other refrigerators we’ve had, but it is keep the freezer frozen and the fridge cold.

I needed an extra refrigerator for strong smelling food items. I keep this in my garage, and it is exactly what I needed. Not a sophisticated unit, but it does an excellent job of cooling and freezing.

Since we had a house full of kids due to the Corona this was a great secondary fridge to keep all the extra food needed for the quarantine. Very spacious for a small fridge and quiet too.Very happy with the purchase

I was using this as a second refrigerator in the house. It was placed in the garage for additional food storage. Although not very fancy looking like more expensive brands, it looks great for the price.

Love it, perfect for waht we needed. Needed a second refrigerator and this one fit the bill perfectly. Great size, excellent shelf space. Love it.
