I happened upon this fridge as a 'scratch and dent' floor model and using as a garage fridge. Would be happy to have it as an inside fridge.

Within 3 weeks after delivery. Bottom Freezer shelf fell off. It had 6 lbs. Of butter and a box of popcycles. The platic ears that hold the platic shelf broke off. All that was done was open the door and it hit the ground. Seems the plastic tabs are very thin plastic. Even a replacement shelf wont stay in now. Replacememt parts, forget about it. After getting the run around from BB and insiginia. We just delt with it. Fast forward 8 months, Darn near every clear platic shelf is cracked. The playisc made and design of shelfs and interior plastic, the polimer nake up of these parts, gets very brittle when cold.

Quality product, best value for the dollar, this brand is known for their quality products. Thank you. Get it!!

Stainless steel,very cute,easy to clean and cute designs

A slim compact look with plenty of room inside and does not take up a lot of space in my smaller kitchen.

I like this fridge very much but should have gotten a larger cubic ft one.

In short - I would 100% not recommend this fridge. It's been 7-8 months since this fridge/freezer has been within our home. We bought it in late December, arrived in January and it's been a terrible purchase. We were desperate to find a fridge/freezer since it was just along the holidays, the selection of fridge/freezers were low and budget was tight. We settled for Insignia and wish we had waited. Even if just another week or two. The delivery was good but because of the cheap material the fridge is made out of - the shelves while taped and cushioned, still damaged the walls of the fridge. Which we didn't see until the delivery guys have left. We thought, we really need this fridge right now -- let's just keep. Only more and more issues propped up. The fridge/freezer door does not remain closed, no matter what we do. I had to buy a "child-proof" door latch to help keep the freezer closed. There's not enough room in either the top or bottom. The fridge doesn't get cold and when it does, it freezes everything. Even after adjusting temps and reorganizing our food in different ways. So this causes a lot of unexpected spoilage. The shelves are flimsy - side door and inside. You're not going to get your bang for your buck, that's for sure. Spend the extra $100 or $200. And if you are looking for parts to repair, you're also out of luck. This brand is a house brand from Best Buy, most of the parts will be out of stock too. I wish I knew all of this before buying.

Love the no handle look. Has nice amount of space. Drawers are big. The door also has a lot of room.

Works great snd just the right size. Does nit leave fingerprints on the stainless steel really easy to keep clean.

Refrigerator works as needed and sufficient, just makes a lot of noises off and on.

It really worth buying this product!! It is better than two door refrigerators!

The refrigerator was fine. The window for delivery was 5 hours and they showed up the very last hour.

Although it is slightly larger than me old refrigerator, it has less space inside and it’s quite noisy.

This is my THIRD I repeat, THIRD Insignia fridge from them. Each one makes a screaming noise from the back. I was told by the Geek Squad team “this is the old way of making fridges and if I was there when you bought it, I would have never told you to purchase this item. It’s horrible quality.” THIS IS BEST BUYS TEAM TELLING ME THIS. I replaced the fridge in 2x in March and once in April, then Covid happened and they wouldn’t allow me to return it until after Covid ended, rightfully so. When I asked for a refund to buy a better brand of fridge they went back on their word and said I wasn’t able to unless it was “defective” which is nonsense. So wrong during these already difficult times, and this is how you treat your customers? Now I’m stuck with a fridge that I have to listen to scream like someone is being killed inside of it. Do yourself the favor and don’t purchase it! If I could give zero stars I would.

Very functional - clean lines and looks great- perfect for the basement or garage
