What bugs me is a minor thing: the delivery guy did the switch of the doors from right hinge to left hinge and he lost a couple of the little plastic plugs that cover up the screw holes. You buy a new thing, you want it to look new. He said, "Sorry, you'll find them when you sweep." But I haven't found them. The switch kit comes with extra white plastic plugs, but what he lost were black plastic plugs. Food stays cold, though.
