After waiting another week for a new refrigerator, it was also dented along the top corner. In both cases the damage was noticed upon unpackaging by the Best Buy delivery personnel. My dealings with everyone at Best Buy at all levels was exemplary.

The shelves in the fridge are glass, but skimped with a wire shelf in the freezer section. So far it has been working good, The delivery was suboptimal. First, the guys said it won’t fit through the door. Once they got it in, they did not remove all the tape and packing material before leaving. Not the fault of the fridge maker.

Ft. I had No handle must nicer and adjusted shelves well set for space and height, glass shelves a good th do not have to worry about slipping small things throughout wire shelves and No liquid dripping . Nice wipe easily.. I hesitated for buying Insignia Brands it is well made may be I will change my rating to 5 stars

I've had mine for one month now and I have no issues so far. It's not loud, keep food cold, and fits perfectly in my kitchen. I love that I can switch the doors to open however works for me. I had it delivered through Best Buy and they were punctual and even leveled it for me before leaving.
