Loud noisey refrigerator up @ 2:30 am

It makes an obnoxious loud noise due to the motor. Since day one I have been back and forth with best buy qeek squad as this is their brand and I needed to go through the manufacturer's warranty. 3 times I have had this refrigerator serviced, losing work hours and personal time. 3 times they have told me that this brand is cheap and the new refrigerators makes a loud sound in order to run properly. I have called corporate and the store manager where I purchased it from and everyone has told me it's past their return policy. Please keep in mind I called in this issue to return the refrigerator before the return policy expired and they told me to go through the manufacture as there is a one year warranty. I am at my breaking point, I have lost sleep over this refrigerator's loud noise as it makes this sound morning , noon, and night. I am asking for someone to contact me to rectify this issue!!! I have recordings of the sound if anyone wants to hear!
