This fridge has been an excellent addition to our garage. Ordering was a breeze and delivery was very good. Gentleman unwrapped everything and places it where we asked. Service with a smile also.

Would of liked to get a bigger model but my house entrance ways would only allow for a smaller fridge. I like having a model with out an ice maker. My home is old and not updated with the plumming nessesary for an ice maker.

the refrigerator insignia that we bought last year was delivered on time and installed the same time. it is working good and we are very happy.

I wanted to write a review as it has been around 2 years now. The refrigerator is good quality and energy efficient. It works great. Overall a very good deal.

The refrigerator is overall very nice. Interior fits items well, looks nice, and functions. Unfortunately, it periodically will start making a rather audible and irritating noise. It could be described as the sounds a cow makes or perhaps that of some sort of spectral entity. Insignia stated that it was the compressor and was normal. I myself have never heard a refrigerator make a noise as loud and obnoxious as this. The noise would repeat a variable amount of times when it started. Then be quiet for a long but also variable amount of time. It would also vary in intensity and duration. It seemed as though someone designed the compressor to be as irritating as they possibly could. This resulted in my returning the refrigerator as soon as I possibly could. I'm now using my old mini fridge while waiting to receive a new different brand refrigerator. I thought about rescheduling my pickup date for the insignia fridge to coincide with the arrival of the new one. But I am much happier to be using the mini fridge while waiting instead.

I am happy with the refrigerator. As others have noted, top door pops open when bottom door is shut sometimes. This is our extra storage refrigerator, so not as annoying as it could be if used more often.

No hassle purchase made online this model had good reviews and the website with descriptions and pics made it easy.Delivery team communicate excellent and were prompt, clean and made sure they answered any questions I had.

We had a small space in one of our rentals that could no fit a reg sized fridge. We purchased a few of these for the multi unit. So far so good , no issues.

icemaker had to be purchased separately, ordered online, went to pick it up, told they are looing for it, then took several days to find an item that was "in stock" in the store!!!!

This item really works well. I gave it three stars because of the inability to purchase replacement parts for it. This is an Insignia brand. My grandchildren broke the plastic door shelves almost immediately upon arrival. Without them, the refrigerator constantly looks jumbled. Have tried to purchase from their website, to no avail. May end up having to purchase another, just because of this...

I'll allow a single star because it does keep things cold. It should, it's a refrigerator - at least in theory. What it should not do, however - as other reviewers have noted - is moan incessantly like a lovesick cow with a bad case of indigestion. In the beginning, it was tolerable. There were the occasional brief eruptions of ruminant gas pangs and mating calls, but it was kind of like having a large, dimwitted pet. Now it's happening so often I'm starting to wonder whether it's some sort of hideous failed experiment by Insignia to engineer a cow/refrigerator hybrid that produces its own milk and keeps it cold for you. Is there a mutant bovine somewhere inside this thing, and should I be feeding it?

Perfect size for extra garage fridge. Bright LED lights and very efficient!

They delivered and set up the ice box...but, didn't take the tape and Styrofoam off the crisper drawers. Where is the manual...on-line?

so this is my second Insigna refrigerator, the first one we changed the door to the other side and the freezer would frost up, sent it back and when best buy delivered it said changing the door to the other side is not work well with this fridge, so if you are planning on doing that I do not suggest this fridge according to the best buy delivery people if I had known that I would not have ordered this fridge also even though the fridge comes with the kit to change the door to open the other way. Other than that it works well.

It is a simple, well made refrigerator that we purchased for a second refrigerator. It was easy to switch door from right hinge to a left hinge. I like no handles, these are built into the door.

our old garage fridge had seen better days. we got the lowest price energy star model. seems to run fine. one issue is if your garage is below a certain temp (38F maybe) the freezer will not operate. would have been nice to know this.

I bought this fridge because my home baking business is growing exponentially! The adjustable glass shelves are perfect and best of all the fridge is very quiet. Would definitely purchase again.

If you are looking for a very basic and slightly smaller than normal refrigerator; this unit fits the bill. No frills. Nothing special; but so far, seems to work as advertised.
