    I like the refrigerator but I would have preferred a side by side but could not afford at this time, I have a shelf that is cracked and noticed it later after the install was done, Never received a call back when I reported it.

    The Insignia fridge has high end features without the big price tag. Gallon storage in the door and spill proof shelves aren't available in other brands at this price. Easy to clean!

    It is a simple and nice refrigerator. It is not super quality and it was more expensive than the other name brands, I had no choice to purchase this one since every other refrigerator were out of stock. It was a pain reversing the refrigerator door. It took us more than hour to do it even I was using a handyman.

    Think we may have a lemon. Looks good, works well but after 8 days the sides have gotten very hot and the motor is making weird cranking noises. Called Insignia direct and they’re sending a replacement free of charge
