Lots of crouching down just to grab things out. No drawer for meat or cheese. Also makes the most annoying gargling/whining noise every 5 minutes, consistently! This thing has not been quiet since plugged in. I returned this headache of a fridge and got my money back. Spend a little extra for a better brand. Save the headache with this.
