This was on July 2nd, guess what customer said about that? Oh, we may be able to get someone to look at it July 20th?????? July 20th??????????? Everything and everybody these days is straight trash, liars, greed mongering, over priced garbage. Will never purchase another garbage product from these scam artists again. Even their reviews are lies. This product has 4.5 stars?????????? The whole rest of the internet struggles to give it 1 star. So another obvious, false advertisement lie. Best Buy, you suck!
