    This is a decent second fridge. I needed one for the garage and am happy with this one. The only downside is there’s no light in the freezer so I need a flashlight to find things!

    1st came scratched and doors didn't close proper. 2nd took 72 hours to cool down and now fluctuates btw 45 and 35. Offset bad fridge by Best Buy standing behind their products and sending out a 3rd

    Bought a brand new Insignia refrigerator in February 2021, it broke down in May 2021. Called Geek Squad because I purchased 5 year protection they wouldn't schedule anything sooner than 5 days out. Called again begging them to take care of it sooner, I'm losing all my food and it's Memorial Day! they told me call the mfg, but Insignia is their brand. To make matters worse the last Geek Squad agent claim she was getting Insignia phone number for me then hung up on me
