I bought one and immediately was making loud whining/squeeling/groaning noises all day and night! Can hear it in other rooms! Big ordeal to get it taking care because best buy and insignia both pushed me back to the other. Finally got it replaced with a new one and now SAME issue! I should have read the reviews better it's apparently a problem with this manufacturer! So frustrating!

Sorry I trusted Best Buy

Called Geek Squad because I purchased 5 year protection they wouldn't schedule anything sooner than 5 days out. Called again begging them to take care of it sooner, I'm losing all my food and it's Memorial Day! they told me call the mfg, but Insignia is their brand. To make matters worse the last Geek Squad agent claim she was getting Insignia phone number for me then hung up on me
