Freezer froze up and eventually quit cooling. Second Identical refrigerator was delivered. Delivery guy said this happens all the time. 2nd refrigerator doing the same as the first. Wait today for 3rd refrigerator to be delivered was wrong one wrong color

I have reported to best buy and one of the sales person said this is common. I don't into this excuse and will complaint to best buy for replacement or return.

First k e the doors didn’t close properly. Second didn’t make it in the house because it came out of the Box all dented up. Third one still not closing properly but good enough. Since it was for a cabin/vacation property we accepted an inferior product. I wouldn’t buy another Insignia product.

It makes a loud noise that sounds like the winds during a blizzard (which I’m sure some people have never heard). Don’t buy this brand refrigerator! Luckily, Best Buy has a 15 day return policy.

It is energy efficient, but it's shelves are brittle. It came with a broken door shelf which Best Buy quickly replaced. I installed the new shelf, put 2 half gallons of milk on it and it cracked. Best buy sent us another. We didn't dare use this shelf again when the new once arrived, but the other door shelf that we used for milk developed a hairline crack. We moved the milk to the main shelves leaving the door shelves unused. We were moving out and had no time to get the shelf with the hairline crack replaced. In the 3 weeks we owned this fridge it was a major headache and source of stress in an already stressful time. I feel sorry for whoever gets stuck with this lousy fridge.

The small plastic bin that fits on the door is poorly constructed as the sides have already broken on them and now the bin will no longer fit on the door of the refrigerator. Basically since delivery have had nothing but problems with this refrigerator
