After delivery left we discovered dents all over the doors. It was hard to catch those because it is silver. I will try talking to them see what they have to do.

Best Buy, Insignia, and a third-party parts store were all very unhelpful. Unfortunately we are limited by pantry space on which appliance will fit and that was the primary reason we chose this one. Would not buy again.

I had to accept the broken fridge because we didn't have a working fridge. Th delivery guys were awesome! Super helpful. I set up a new delivery date only to find out after waiting weeks, the appointed time they promised was never followed through with on their end. Had I not called we would've been waiting all day. Needless to say, I won't receive the refrigerator until Aug 1. Its been very frustrating!!! I will review again after we get a normal working refrigerator.

After filing a claim they sent a service tech instead of the replacement fridge, which is what I requested. Followed by my 3rd appointment which they sent the replacement fridge to my billing address instead of the shipping address where the damaged fridge was located. I WASTED 3 WEEKS OF MY TIME DUE TO SOMEONE'S INCOMPETENCE. I return the fridge and bought it an LG from P.C. Richards
