    I am disappointed since there is a small dent in the refrigerator door; in addition, last Friday no one showed up to switch the doors. I requested to take off $100 off my bill as well. I can’t get geek in the phone to schedule an appointment I’m very dissatisfied.

    Fridge is less than 2 years old and has been nothing but problems. All food in freezer becomes freezer burned and the fridge no longer cools despite being on the highest setting. So disappointed!

    The doors are bad. Close the fridge and the freezer pops open. Have to hold the freezer shut when I close the fridge. Sometimes I forget and the freezer stays open all night and things melt.

    The product’s specs needs to be revised

    My refrigerator was too tall, so I had to reorder a smaller size refrigerator. The product’s specs needs to be revised, and include the wards after Hinge “and footing” for the height of the refrigerator. So now, I have to wait another month for my new refrigerator to arrive. I am hoping my very old refrigerator will last until that date.

    Poor Temperature control.

    Freezer never maintains temperature. Initially thought we had put too many items in the freezer, but regardless of the amount in freezer, it will lose temp and defrost items randomly without any rhyme or reason. Very frustrating. Refrigerator portion sometimes freezes water bottles even at middle setting.

    Unit is okay, the delivery was the worst

    The unit was okay however dented in 2 places upon arrival. The delivery service and replacement never did get taken care of. After 4 attempts I finally had to go to the store to pick up part of the order and will be doing the install myself. After repeated promised about calls to make this right so far it hasn't happened.

    Lost a freezer full of food. Not sure what happened but noticed within a month of purchase it didn’t seem as cold in the freezer or the fridge. Adjusted temp and now don’t trust to keep food at the right temp. Service call already this week...Out of return/exchange time frame by just a few days....:(

    I purchased a fridge in Trumbull month ago, they person who delivered it was supposed to take the old one. For some reasons he didn't they called me and told me they were going to come to pick it up the following week. I still got this fridge at home. First experience that.

    Technician showed up with refrigerator and ice maker kit. However, technician said he didn't know how to install. Why send a technician with an ice maker kit if he doesn't know how to install when that was part of the order? Also, not included on the order was haul away of the old refrigerator.

    Had two Refrigerators delivered both of them the boxes were perfect condition and they were dented up in the front. I went back to Best Buy after the second one it just took a discount on it has what’s the use I can’t keep switching them out
