the doors don't stay shut....every time you close the freezer the fridge door pops open and vice versa --- every time you close the fridge door - the freezer door pops open...i actually have the freezer door taped closed with duct tape....not happy

Ice cream will not stay frozen and the setting is almost all the way up. Not sure if I should return and buy something else. Great price point. I have an insignia beverage frig I love.

I am compleely satisified with the refrigerator but very disappointed the way I was treated by the delivery company and very strongly feeling abnout not usig best buy again. Extreamly poor customer relations.

I have had this refrigerator for 4 years and it works awesome!

Literally 'moos' or groans almost constantly in a way that is hard to describe. Absolutely intolerable. The delivery guy said that he had the same refrigerator and it did this when he dropped it off and we dismissed it as anecdotal, but then ours started immediately. We waited a week to see if it would stop but it didn't, so we had Best Buy swap it. The new one started doing it immediately too. Returning it for a different model next. Gave 2 stars because it does work and look nice, but is unusable nonetheless.

The 2 young men that delivered the refrigerator were very curteous and professional. They set up the refrigerator, leveled it and made sure it was operational

This unit is very good. Adjusting the temperature is easy. Cleaning is just a wipe away.

I just purchased this product. The refrigerator works fine. I am very disappointed in the Geek Squad delivery process. I purchased an ice maker, and the sales person said it would be installed at delivery. One of the two delivery men was very rude, and informed me that he would not be installing the ice maker. He said it was easy. Just follow the directions. I gave a three star rating only because I like the refrigerator. I have been a customer of Best Buy for over 15 years, but will not return.

The fridge functions very well with no issues these last 4 years. The organization is a little lacking and the plastic door containers are fragile and came broken. The door storage eats up a lot of the front fridge space.

It does what it's supposed to do lol. My main issues are the side shelves are not very sturdy and they can crack quite easily. It's also a tad smaller than I thought it would be.

The refrigerator is very good but the door shelving is weak and cracked when filled. They need to have stronger shelving.
