This one did the trick and the price was right, and stainless to boot. It keeps thing cold, and frozen, which is what a fridge should do!

There is no temptation for button pushers to readjust and freeze the tomatoes or have ice cream running on the floor. The cost was well within our budget also.

The doors cannot closed properly. And the scared noise also when closing the door. Other functions are good

This was the only 18 CU FT in town for $500. A review like this is better after 10 years to see if it still works, but then they may not make it so... Google says Insignia is the Best Buy Name made buy one of the few major appliances makers left.

Fridge for small areas

The only issue that I had was the light did not work. This was an open-box purchase, so it was to be expected. Good thing I purchased the warranty.

Got a pretty good deal as the item has only minor scratches and no dents. Bestbuy did give me a good percentage off. If you are an investor and looking for appliance purchase I would suggest shop in the bestbuy outlet. It will save you ton of money

One problem so far: the black side panels sometimes get very warm, possibly from the stove or electric kettle. This may be the cause of the freezer going into "overdrive" and producing a louder sound.
